Seeley was chosen as the "SPOTLIGHT" child in Primary. We were asked to write somethings about her as her parents. This is really for my own personal records.
Seeley Vuki
We’d like to share some things with you today about our baby girl Seeley Vuki. Seeley was born on Sept. 20, 2001. The first of our 4 children and the only girl. She was born with a vibrant and excited spirit. While carrying her inside my tummy she was a non-stop baby. When she came to her Daddy and I she was alert and aware of everything around her. She was born with her 2 bottom teeth and so much that hair people would ask us if she was wearing a wig at 2 days old? Seeley began crawling at 7 months old for two weeks, than she was up on her feet walking all over the place. Seeley has always been a person of energy, strength, and stamina. She is a person who lights up a room when she walks into it. People love her energy, sweetness, kindness and she is a lot of fun to be around. About a year before she was baptized she would tell EVERYONE that she came in contact with that she was getting baptized. She’s always been so excited to follow Jesus. She is a wonderful friend. She has taught her friends around her to be honest. There have been many times too many to count of when she has chosen the right. She shows by her actions that she is a follower of her Savior Jesus Christ. She’s always been a defender of what is right. She always recognizes the Holy Ghost and has pointed it out when she has felt the Holy Ghost. Her Daddy and I are so proud of the wonderful girl she has become and count it a blessing that she is apart of our family. Seeley we love you so much. You’re the best big sister anyone could ask for. Thanks for all that you do in our family, without you we would not be complete.
